1. Entrance Scholarships
The Entrance Scholarships that are available in Angeles University Foundation is a scholarship grant intended for those students who are financially in need, most particularly those students who are economically challenged yet deserving to acquire quality education in the said university.
Likewise, qualified applicants of the aforementioned program are required to submit all the documentary requirements needed for the application process. Additionally, they must meet the scholarship qualification standards set by the scholarship committee. More importantly, students who have a high interest to be scholarship awardees must not have any record of offense or any disciplinary action taken. Aside from that, they must have a good moral character and not have any conviction records.
2. Academic scholarships
Another scholarship award is given to those students who excellently perform academically well and that have received high academic achievements. Students who are qualified for the said scholarship grant are expected to have a good moral background in which they have no record of disciplinary action or any offense. Additionally, they must not also have any failing or incomplete grades that may result in disqualification from the scholarship granted.
The said scholarship program is divided into two categories; the university scholar and the college scholar which is only granted to full-time students or those students having a regular load in their chosen program or course. To become qualified for any of the scholarship programs mentioned above, interested student applicants are required to submit all the documentary requirements they may be requested by the Office of Student Affairs for the scholarship application process. Additionally, interested student applicants may only avail of one (1) scholarship program or financial aid during the term or semester. Meanwhile, scholarship awardees will be disqualified or terminated from the scholarship if they violate any of the university rules, particularly once they will be subjected to any disciplinary actions. More importantly, students who failed to maintain the grade requirement that is expected of them to meet will also be subjected to termination from the scholarship they benefit from.
However, scholarship programs or financial aid available in AUF coming from private organizations or corporations are subject to the terms and conditions that the student grantees are expected to follow and abide by. Hence, they must be aware beforehand of the terms and conditions of the financial aid they applied for beforehand to avoid future conflicts such as the inability to meet the grade requirement, the inability to renew their scholarship, and the like.
