Grade 12 students from public senior high schools in Region 7 have a fresh shot at a fully funded college education. The Vivant Foundation has opened its STEM Scholarship Program, backing young learners who want to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics degrees.
The program ties into the Vivant Group’s work in energy and infrastructure. Beyond tuition, it hands scholars monthly allowances and a clear path toward internships and jobs after graduation.

- Book allowance: Php 6,000 per semester

Qualifications
To qualify, you must be a graduating public senior high school student in Region 7. You’ll need a 90% general average, with no subject grade falling below 85%. Your family’s yearly income should not go over Php 300,000, and you can’t be holding another scholarship at the same time. A clean disciplinary record is a must. Finally, you must commit to a STEM course at one of the preferred schools: Cebu Institute of Technology-University, University of Cebu, University of San Carlos, University of San Jose-Recoletos, or University of Southern Philippines Foundation.
