Who Can Qualify
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be an incoming first-year student at a partner university or a continuing student in select schools
- Have a General Weighted Average of at least 93%
- Have no grade lower than 86%
- Have earned 90% and above in Grade 7–12 subjects tied to their chosen course
- Not be a child of a Security Bank employee
Required documents include Grade 7–12 transcripts, both parents’ latest Income Tax Return (or a Certificate of Indigency if unemployed), proof of admission, a PSA birth certificate, and a recent portrait photo.
