The Land Bank of the Philippines has launched the Iskolar ng LANDBANK Program for Academic Year 2026–2027, providing educational support to children and grandchildren of agrarian reform beneficiaries, small farmers, and fishers. The program is managed by the LANDBANK Countryside Development Foundation Inc. (LCDFI) and is carried out through partner State Universities and Colleges nationwide.
Scholars receive an annual grant of up to ₱100,000 to help cover educational expenses, with additional benefits tied to academic honors and licensure exam costs. Each participating university manages its own application process, requirements, and deadline.

- Accomplished Iskolar ng LANDBANK application form
- Senior High School grades or Form 137
- Recommendation letter from the SHS principal
- PSA-issued birth certificate
- Proof of RSBSA registration
- Latest income tax return of parents
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Barangay clearance
- Medical certificate
- Certification that the applicant holds no other scholarship
- Signed consent or data privacy form
- Pre-recorded video of no more than three minutes
Qualifications
Applicants must be Filipino citizens and incoming first-year college students for AY 2026–2027. They should be a child or grandchild of an agrarian reform beneficiary, small farmer, or fisher. A general average of at least 90% or a spot in the top 10% of the SHS graduating class is required. The family’s annual gross income must be ₱300,000 or below, the applicant must not receive another scholarship, and must be enrolled in an eligible program at a participating SUC.

The form is available through the participating university’s official post or its scholarship office. LANDBANK does not accept direct submissions.
Deadline
There is no single deadline. Each school sets its own. For example, MSU-IIT closes on July 31, the University of the Philippines on July 24, and Zamboanga Peninsula Polytechnic State University on August 5, 2026. Always confirm the date in your chosen school’s announcement.
