Qualifications

For incoming Grade 7 student-applicants,

  1. The interested student applicant must be a naturally-born Filipino citizen.
  2. Additionally, they must have at least 80% of the General Weighted Average (GWA)
  3. They must also be enrolled in Grade 6 or a graduate of elementary at the time of application. Evidence of equivalency must be presented for those who are not currently enrolled (this is for incoming grade 7 applicants)

  1. Copy of Birth Certificate that is authenticated by the Philippine Statistic Authority or PSA.
  2. Duly Accomplished Application Form
  3. For incoming or enrolled Grade 7 student-athlete applicants a copy of the Grade 5 and Grade 6 Report Card is required and if none, proof of equivalency is also valid.

5. Does the student-athlete have regular training sessions?

Student-athletes are encouraged to attend their regular training sessions provided by their sports training experts or trainer except if they feel sick or they have an illness. They are expected to have training sessions in sports since they want to develop their skills through practical sports performance training.

6. Is it required for the scholars to study in NAS to be scholarship grantees?
