Qualification

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Grade 12 general average of at least 90% (or 85% first-year GWA for those entering the second year of a five-year program)
  • An annual family income of ₱500,000 or below
  • Admission to a partner university and enrollment in an approved priority course
  • No existing full scholarship from another provider

Students whose family income slightly exceeds the cap may still apply by submitting a letter explaining their financial situation.

Priority Courses

The scholarship doesn’t cover every degree. It funds only a set list of priority courses tied to each partner university, so applicants need to be enrolled in one of these approved programs at a participating school to be considered.

  • Certified True Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
  • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records, Report Card, or Summary of Grades
  • Latest Income Tax Return, BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption, or Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax
  • Duly notarized Affidavit stating you are not receiving a full scholarship from another provider
  • Latest utility bill or equivalent proof of residence
  • Photos of your residence (front exterior, living area, kitchen, and bedroom/s)
  • Letter of Explanation (if annual family income exceeds ₱500,000)
