Requirements

For Government Employees

You have to write a Letter of Nomination addressed to The Director, International Affairs Staff, CHED signed by the Secretary or Head of agency/institution or its duly authorized official indicating among others an assurance of utilizing the services of the nominee, for two (2) years for every year of scholarship or a fraction thereof not less than six (6) months and that the nominee shall be paid his/her salary and other financial privileges while on training.

He/she shall provide the following:

  • A Certified Copy of the Statement of Actual Duties and Responsibilities
  • A Photocopy of Transcript of Academic Records (Baccalaureate/Graduate)
  • A Photocopy of the Diploma (Baccalaureate/Graduate)
  • A Certification that the nominee has no pending administrative and criminal case
  • A Certification that the nominee has no pending scholarship nomination for another program and has no pending service obligation for a previous scholarship for Government employees
  • An updated bio-data/resume with a list of in-service training and seminars attended (Spell out acronyms; certificates of training need not be submitted).

For Private individuals

They shall prepare and provide the following:

  • Letter of Intent
  • Recommendation from an employer or former dean/professor
  • Certificate of Employment (if applicable)
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Academic Records (Baccalaureate/Graduate)
  • Photocopy of Diploma (Baccalaureate/Graduate)
  • NBI/Police Clearance
  • Updated bio-data/resume with a list of in-service training and seminars attended (spell out acronyms; certificates of training need not be submitted)
