The grant supports faculty and staff who want to earn graduate credentials, with applications processed through Sending Institution nomination rather than direct submission to CHED.

Who Can Apply?

Document Requirements
Applicants must prepare a complete package that typically includes:
- Application Form
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation
- Approved Study Leave (full-time) or Permit to Study (part-time)
- Certificate of Clearance from previous grants or scholarships
- NBI Clearance
- Medical Certificate of physical and mental fitness
- Proof of Admission to the Delivering Institution
- Transcript of Records (undergraduate and graduate)
- Return Service Agreement and Draft Re-entry Action Plan (REAP)
- Copy of publications from the past five years, if any
- Certificate of Award, if applicable

Qualifications
The program covers three tracks. SIKAP is open to teaching and non-teaching personnel holding regular or plantilla positions in HEIs, government agencies, or private institutions with a CHED MOU/MOA.

Deadline
