The OWWA – Educational Livelihood Assistance Program (ELAP) is educational assistance for the dependent children of deceased OFWs who are eligible for school. The eldest child or the firstborn must be the eligible dependent, if he or she is not eligible then the following child born is chosen. The educational assistance includes:

- Php 8,000 for Secondary education assistance
