Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Opens 2026 Scholarship, Offering Up to ₱50,000 Per Semester to Public College Students

The Cebuana Lhuillier Foundation Inc. (CLFI) has launched its 2026 scholarship program, giving qualified public college students financial aid and career support. Applications open August 17, 2026, and interested students can apply online. As the philanthropic arm of the PJ Lhuillier Group, CLFI focuses on education for marginalized communities across the Philippines.

Document Requirements

Applicants must gather these documents before submitting:

  • Proof of being a Cebuana Lhuillier client with a valid 24K Loyalty Card
  • Proof of total family income (ITR, payslip, tax exemption certificate, or non-filing certificate)
  • Latest grades showing a GWA of at least 85% with no failing marks
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by a school official
  • Certificate of Enrollment or Registration Form for the current semester
  • A copy of the school’s grading system showing how grades are computed

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must meet each of the following:

  • Be a Filipino citizen
  • Be a Cebuana Lhuillier client, or a relative of one within the allowed degree
  • Hold an active Cebuana Lhuillier Microsavings account for receiving the grant
  • Have a total family income not exceeding ₱350,000 per year
  • Maintain a general weighted average of at least 85% or its equivalent

  • Hotel & Restaurant Management and Hospitality Management courses
  • Engineering courses (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, and Industrial)
  • Architecture
